About Us
Established almost 25 years, and in the current ownership for many years, we are an independent business that is locally owned and managed.
We provide the highest level of personal service in your time of most need. We are at the end of the telephone at all times and our funeral home is open during office hours. Out of hours we will gladly meet with you by appointment.
We arrange burials, cremations, memorial services and repatriation to or from anywhere in the world. We arrange religious and non-religious funerals from private services to elaborate ceremonies.
We will be there with you at all stages to assist and guide you.
Our fleet of vehicles are all immaculately presented and are regularly independently inspected and serviced. All of our fleet of traditional hearses and limousines are factory built (not cut and stretched saloon cars) by Volvo-Nilsson in Sweden, providing the highest levels of safety.
We won Regional Funeral Planners of the Year 2012 for small to medium sized funeral directors in Wales & South West England, in recognition of the number of people who have pre-planned their funerals with us.
Awarded Investors In People in September 2011 in recognition of the training and skills of all of our team of employees. All of our staff are directly employed by us - we do not use sub-contractors like many other funeral directors, ensuring our strict standards are adhered to.
We have been members of The National Association of Funeral Directors for many years, working to a strict code of professional conduct from premises that are regularly inspected and commended.
